Yes, very much so. Many options are available to you from Apple, and many more from other companies. Since you are even asking this question here, I would recommend getting your accessories direct from Apple, that way you don't need to worry about getting a third-party charger that doesn't work properly, at least until you get to know what works best. You can call them at 1-800-MY-APPLE and they can suggest what is best for a nano, or you can browse the store here on the web. Below I've included a link to their store's "car audio" section.
If their prices are a bit too much for you right now after buying that iPod nano, then you might also check with your local Radio Shack or similar electronics store. Most of the time, they'll know what works with your iPod, or if they don't then usually if you bring it in, I've found they're usually nice about helping you find the right connections, even if they need to open the box.
